BlizzCon 2013 Performance with Critical Hit!

Just got back from Anaheim, CA where I performed at BlizzCon 2013 with my video game rock band Critical Hit 🙂 We had an amazing time and I am so grateful for the experience! I love working with everyone in the band, they’re all such incredible musicians and also wonderful people. The crowd was amazing, and it was so cool that some of you came up after the show to say hi and talk with me!! I loved meeting you and really hope I have more opportunities for that in the future! 🙂

It’s always kind of tough coming back to reality after a show like that, especially because at this point we don’t know when we’ll see each other again and that makes me pretty sad. I’m really hoping that we’ll have a lot of future shows in store because I’ve never had so much fun performing with a group 🙂 In the meantime, I have my Zelda album to finish up so that will be keeping me busy! Can’t wait for you guys to hear this one, it has been so much fun to work on so far. Talk to you soon!

Hi, I'm Taylor,
your music career guide!

I’ve been a violinist for over 25 years and for over the past 10 years I’ve been building my skills and career as an independent musician. Within that time I’ve grown an online audience of over 3 million people, released 11 full-length albums (5 of which charted on the Billboard Charts) and traveled the world touring my own live show, all without ever signing with a record label. One of my greatest passions is helping other musicians learn and grow from my own knowledge and experiences through my Musician of All Trades courses.

I accidentally clicked on a YouTube video of the Pirates of the Caribbean a week ago, thinking I was getting the actual soundtrack song. I didn’t. What I listened to…..well, let’s just say that I am hooked! I’m 56 years old and little moves me any more, but your music moves me. I am awestruck at how you arrange your work so beautifully. I will be purchasing your albums this week, and here after. Thank you.
